At Søren Jensen Engineering, we put our employees at the centre. We have removed hierarchical divisions and traditional roles to create one unified organisation.


All functions are equally important, and we work with clear career paths that provide transparency and development opportunities.
Each career path comes with a job description that clarifies tasks, requirements, and ambitions – all with a focus on making the organisation more robust and ready for the future.


Søren Jensen Engineering is organised so that projects can be carried out efficiently and ambitions can be translated into practice. Work is carried out in interdisciplinary teams with shared support functions that support projects across the organisation.


Direction is set by the board and the executive management in interplay with the leadership team, while cross-functional boards help to make goals and strategies concrete. Day-to-day operations and people management sit with the line management, close to the employees.
